The new years eve outfit of my party girl alter-ego Chloe. Chloe thrives on glitter and neon lights. She's the life of the party and always knows the best drinks and where the next hot club is. She lives in pink and name brands, but never has a job, instead relying on her many suitors to send her gifts, from designer heels to a car, a gift she is particularly proud.
